Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund
