100% Original Products

Every item we sell is 100% original, factory-sealed stock sourced from a DRAP-registered facility. We never sell loose, repacked, or expired products. If you ever have a doubt about an item you received, send us a photo on WhatsApp at +92 305 5222842 and we will verify it for you right away.

7-Day Returns

You can return any product within 7 days of the delivery date — and yes, this includes items bought on sale or at a discounted price. Because supplements are ingestible products, we can only accept returns that are:

  • Unused and unopened
  • With the original safety seal intact
  • In the original packaging

Free Replacement — Damaged, Wrong, or Short-Expiry Items

If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or has a short expiry date, we will replace it completely free, delivery included. Just send a photo on WhatsApp at +92 305 5222842 within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange your replacement — you will not need to argue your case or fill out any forms.

How to Start a Return

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 305 5222842 or email vitahubpk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return within one working day and share the return address and simple instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick inspection, your refund is processed within 7–10 business days:

  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — whichever you prefer
  • Online payments: refunded to your original payment method

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, message us and we will chase it up for you.
